Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect the platform, the model providers and all customers. They apply to the API, the dashboard and any use of the credentials.

1. Personal credentials
The chave de acesso and dashboard link are personal. Do not share, publish, resell or use the same key on third-party devices. Simultaneous use by different people may be blocked automatically.
2. Technical limits
Do not attempt to bypass request, concurrency, token or anti-sharing limits. Do not automate account creation, scrape credentials or exploit security flaws.
3. Content and purpose
You may not use the service for: illegal activity; child abuse; harassment; fraud; malware; copyright infringement; spam; illegal discrimination; or any purpose prohibited by the model provider's terms. The customer is responsible for the content they send and the decisions made based on the responses.
4. Security and privacy
Do not send third-party sensitive data without a legal basis and authorization. Do not use the service for high-impact automated decisions without human oversight and risk assessment, where required by the LGPD.
5. Consequences
We may limit, suspend or revoke access in the event of a violation, with notice and the right to contest where applicable. In serious cases, we may terminate the contract and take legal measures.
