Terms of Use

1. Identification

The service is operated by Prime Tokens, located at not provided. Contact: contact@primetokens.store.

2. Purpose and nature of the service

The platform provides access to language models through an API compatible with the OpenAI and Anthropic formats. The service is an intermediation and infrastructure layer: we are not the developers of the AI models and do not guarantee continuous availability of third-party services.

Access is personal and non-transferable. The chave de acesso and dashboard link are private credentials and may not be shared, resold or published.

3. Plans, tokens and usage

Plans are sold with a token limite de uso. Usage is measured by input and output tokens processed, including, where applicable, memoria temporaria and reasoning tokens reported by the provider. The platform measurement is the reference for the balance.

Additional purchases are added to the same active key, unless there is a technical unavailability. Any validity period is shown in the dashboard and at the time of purchase.

Fair-use, concurrency and requests-per-minute limits may be applied to protect the platform and other customers.

4. Permitted use and prohibitions

You must use the service in accordance with the law, the model providers' terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not share credentials, bypass technical limits, automate account creation, use the service for illegal activities or attempt to access other customers' data.

Violation may result in immediate suspension of the key, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability, but the service may experience maintenance, updates and servidor provider outages. Status is published at /status. Support is available at contact@primetokens.store on business days.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, interface, documentation and code are protected by applicable law. Content generated by the models belongs to the customer, subject to the servidor provider's licenses and policies.

7. Suspension, cancellation and refunds

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of fraud, abusive use, chargeback, violation of these terms or legal order. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, loss of opportunity or indirect damages arising from third-party model unavailability, misuse of credentials or AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date. Material changes will be communicated through the registered contact channels.

10. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies. The venue of Consumer domicile jurisdiction is elected, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose their domicile.
